*all orders are shipped UPS, either ground (jerky, dried sausage), 3rd day select, or 2nd day air.
*all items to be shipped are flash frozen for safety.
*at this time we do not ship with dry ice, therefore we are limited to the items that can be shipped during the hotter months of March-September.
*jerky and dried sausage can be shipped year round with no problem.
*sausage and all other perishable items cannot.
*shipping during the months of October-February can be done on all items and gift boxes.
